Because our accessories are created on demand— a more sustainable approach that helps us avoid overproduction—we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

Quality matters to us. If your poster arrives damaged or with a printing issue, we’re happy to reship a new one at no cost. Just send us a photo of the issue and your order number, and our team will take care of it.

Since each accessory product (poster, kitchen towel, caps) is made to order, we can only make changes or cancel if the poster hasn’t entered production yet. Reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

Printing on demand lets us create responsibly: no excess stock, no waste, and truly intentional production. Every accessory is made just for you.

Our accessories (including caps, posters and kitchen towels) are fulfilled by specialized printing partners located in different states than our main warehouse where puzzles are stored.

Because of this, if you order both puzzles and accessories, your items will ship in separate packages—and may arrive at different times.
